Cooking Instructions:
How to cook Sago Tapioca Pearls

The recommended ratio of Sago Pearls to water is 1:10.
1. Prepare a large pot of water (e.g., 10,000ml water for 1000g sago). Bring to a full boil.
2. Add sago into the boiling water and stir gently to prevent sticking.
3. Cook until the sago becomes translucent with a small white center (around 10–15 minutes, depending on size).
4. Turn off the heat and cover the pot. Let it sit and steam with residual heat for about 5 minutes until fully translucent.
5. Pour the cooked sago into a strainer and rinse under cold running water to remove excess starch.
6. Drain thoroughly using a strainer.
7. Ready to be served in bubble teas, sweet soups, coconut milk, or desserts.

The proportions and cooking time can be adjusted according to personal preference.
