Refund policy

 

After Bubble Tea Home receives your order, each item will be carefully inspected for freshness and quality before packaging and shipping the product. Products will be carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. After you receive your product, please take the time to check if your item has any damage or defects.

 

Change of mind Policy

What if I change my mind and want to return an item for a refund? Bubble Tea Home will accept returns or refunds if the product is unopened, unaltered and free from defect. You can refund or exchange an item within 7 days of receipt of the order. There will be a restocking fee of 20% for all returned items. It is the customers responsibility to provide return shipping for any refund or exchanges.

 

What if I receive an item that is not what I ordered?

If the item you receive is different from what you ordered, please contact us and we will rectify the issue as soon as possible.

 

Return Damaged or Defective items

What happens if an item has been delivered damaged or defective? Please contact us and provide the customer's name, order number, proof of purchase, the name of the damaged or defective item, and photos or evidence of the damaged or missing item. We will contact you within 1-2 business days regarding damaged or defective products.

 

How do I receive my refund?

If we asked you to return an item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Bubble Tea Home reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective/damaged. Once the item has been inspected, we will notify you immediately if it is eligible for a refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

We are not responsible for products that are damaged or lost upon return and we are unable to issue refunds without actual receipt of the product or receipt of proof of return. 

 

Are promotional items refundable?

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

Package cannot be delivered

Please note that there will be no refunds for rejected or undeliverable shipments. We will not refund shipping costs due to incorrect addresses, recipient rejection or incorrect information provided. We are unable to reship orders returned to us as undeliverable. However, we can ship again to a new address at the expense of the customer or refund the item(s) minus the shipping and restocking fee if the product has been returned to us as undeliverable.
