Green Apple Popping Pearls (Popping Balls)

The coating of Green Apple Popping Pearls is made of seaweed extract. They look like tapioca pearls and are a clear crystal-green colour. When you bite them gently, the sweet and slightly sour-apple flavour will instantly spread out into your mouth, giving you a surprising and layered taste to whatever it is accompanied with. It is suitable for bubble tea, ice cream, pudding, yoghurt, milkshakes, sundaes, juice and desserts. The other way to enjoy them is to freeze them and expose the flavour in your mouth one at a time.
