How to make Bubble Waffle
1. Prepare 1 egg and separate the yolk and egg white. Beat the egg white until smooth with no large bubbles (when you lift the whisk, it should fall in 2–3 seconds).
2. Add the egg yolk and continue mixing.
3. Add 100g Bubble Waffle Powder, 45ml water, and 10ml cooking oil. Beat the mixture for about 2 minutes to form a smooth batter.
4. Preheat the Bubble Waffle maker.
5. Pour the batter into the mold, filling it about 80% full.
6. Quickly flip it to evenly distribute the batter. Continue flipping every 30 seconds for about 3 minutes until fully cooked.
